Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Management

  • Support monthly financial management meetings covering both Finance and Risk & Compliance.
  • Review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, working with the Account Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure timely and accurate updates in the system.
  • Track Sales & Revenue performance against budget and highlight progress to leadership.

2) Secretarial Support (Scheduling & Other People Expenses [OPE] Management)

  • Manage calendars for Managing Directors (MDs), ensuring alignment between internal and client account schedules.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings efficiently, coordinating logistics and timing.
  • Handle timesheet and expense submissions on behalf of leadership.
  • Manage visitor logistics, including building access, Wi-Fi setup, and related requirements.

3) Events Management

  • Coordinate logistics for regular team meetings, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Organize ad-hoc client-facing events such as roundtables, workshops, and vendor partnership events, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or financial/operations support.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce (good to have).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across stakeholders and teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
